In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have Dr. Arvind Bhateja in conversation with Raj Shamani. He is the lead neurosurgeon at Sparsh Hospital and the founder of ‘Giving Back’. He creates content around brain health and many other medical myths and has around 300+ followers on Instagram. 

In this episode, we talked about how most young people are heading towards serious spine issues due to wrong sitting postures, how to correct these postures, how less sleep and quality of sleep affect our brain health, and why disease like Alzheimer's happens.
